The Ontario Ministry of Labour hired 14 additional inspectors in Easter Ontario. Inspectors will focus on recent rack installations as a result of a collapsed rack system that involved a fatality. Regulation 851, Section 7, of  the Ontario Ministry of Labour Health & Safety Act, states that all rack must be in compliance.

  WE PROVIDE:

  • Rack inspections to determine if your rack is in compliance with The Ministry of Labour Health & Safety, Regulations 851, Section 7.

  • Written reports outlining violations to be addressed to bring your rack into compliance.

  • Training of your staff to become competent at performing a systematic rack inspection (frequency of inspections should be governed by nature of the environment in which rack is situated & incidence of damaged found).

  • Impartial inspection of new rack installations to insure they are properly installed in accordance with manufactures specifications.

  • PSR (Pre-Start Health & Safety if required) with cad drawing of racking layout detailing beam levels & weight capacities.
